The Cambodian National Council for Women was established in 2001, refers to the Royal Decree No. NS/RKT/0201/036 dated on 14 February 2001. This Royal Degree (Preah Reach Kret) determines the creation of Cambodian National Council for Women, appreciated as CNCW.
